Why Kitchen Beer? Because that’s where it all started. In my kitchen. And that’s where I get my inspiration.
There are only four main ingredients in any meal: protein, carbs, spices and fat. But consider the huge variety of meals you’ve eaten. The tastes you’ve experienced. Imagine taking four simple base ingredients and producing a drink that has the same variety, the same complexity, the same depth as a meal in your favourite restaurant.
That’s our aim. To create. To try different recipes. To constantly experiment. To take something familiar and make it fresh and exciting. With something new every month. So different from mainstream beer that we need a different name. A drink that tastes as good as it looks. A drink that you look forward to. A drink to savour. Like a glass of good wine.
