Because that’s where it started. And that’s where I get my inspiration. I’ve always loved cooking (and eating).
There are only four main ingredients in any meal: protein, carbs, spices and fat. But consider the huge variety of meals you’ve eaten. The tastes that you’ve experienced. The places that you’ve been transported to. The smell of the sea, the heat of the desert, the crunch of the forest.
Imagine taking four simple base ingredients and producing a drink that has the same variety, the same complexity, the same depth as a meal designed by a top chef.
Imagine having a drink that reminded you of time well spent. A holiday in the sun, a trek through the jungle, a quick bite at a stall in Vietnam.
That’s our aim.
To create. To try different recipes. To constantly experiment. To take something familiar and make it fresh and exciting. With something new every month. No core range.
So different from mainstream beer that we need a different name.
